The life force essence flowing through my veins crimson
Bright fresh red iron strength embraced by the gray shadows of what I have overcome
Flowing through me-giving me the strength I need to live as I will
The marrow of my bones deep crimson
Rich in iron will strength and Full of passion
The deep red root connecting to the Earth’s core
